One star is the minimum--too bad. I wish I'd used someone else. Above all else, get the estimate in writing and if you are not there while they do the work have cameras set up if possible. Water from the 2nd story to the basement--no sympathy or concern they did a crappy job--actually pissed we called to tell them. Quoted one rate and when I called them on the fact they spent about 8 hours less in my house than they claimed, he adjusted his rate to justify the price. My fault for not getting it in writing--live and learn.
