Make sure you get what they say you are going to get for the money you pay. I just had a very close friend pass and they show flowers with a cross in the center. No where on the website do they say not included. They call and say you do not get the cross after you give them your payment. Who really wants to order from company that is not honest. Please be careful

they did my parents anniversary and it was great. the customer serviice was the best part. they helped with everything and spent time with me. they even gave me a free balloon:D
