This company was so helpful and polite, really helped me out in a time of need! There trucks are super nice and clean, to me that means a lot(bc I have been towed by other tow trucks and they are boarder line unsafe, rusted out dirty inside and out) if essentials towing take great care of their vehicles there going to take great care of others too! And that is exactly what happened, they were very professional and took great care of my vehicle. They definitely know what they are doing and they are good at what they do! I would 100% recommend this company! Thank you Essentials Towing staff!

They were called at 5pm to tow my car. 730pm still had not showed up. Had to get another tow company to tow my car. No one answered the phone and there mailbox was full.

I am unable to post the whole saga which I will sum up. Make sure that when you do anything with this company to seek their insurance coverage and be listed as additional insured. They were commercially hired to transport my 5th wheel from Indiana to New York, damaged my 100,000.00 plus 5th wheel and did it with a personal vehicle to which I am trying to seek payment for. Not a trustworthy business. Brenda Loomis-Owner and Ken Hulbert-Manager are the two people I have this dealing with. There are several other towing options for you to explore. At the time of this writing not settled yet. This is an opinion.
