Provided by YP.comThere is mold growing on the window seals/panes which can spread to the wall and your curtains. Rain leaks through the windows which causes even more mold. They don't do anything but spray bleach or ask you to spray bleach which is only a temporary fix. Yet, they expect residents to keep the apartment in the same exact condition in which they moved in...unbelievable!
They expect the apartment to be in the same exact condition as it was when you moved in. There is a such thing as normal wear and tear, especially when it comes to carpet and cabinets, but that is ignored. During the final walkthru, they write down every little thing because they don't want to give people their security deposit back.
I have never referred anyone to these apartments and never will. Stay away from this mold infested apartment complex; however, if you are desperate enough to stay here, take pictures and write down every little nick or mark on a cabinet, the carpet, wall, etc when you do the initial move-in walkthru even if you think it's nothing big or not that noticeable because the complex will keep your security deposit and/or try to have you come out of pocket when you move out! I bet the money they keep from security deposits won't be used for the purposes for which they say they are keeping it and hoping to get over on the next resident hoping they don't document it in their move-in walkthru.
