This building is managed by a company, you will never find out who the real owners are. I was a 11-month residence, the building looks good outside, the landscape is not kept-up. I complained after living there 2-months about a draft in windows, I lived on the 5th floor, it was cold and the heat did not stop the draft, I was very uncomfortable. The carpeting was not cleaned properly when I moved-in, I asked the manager to come and see, she never came. I had the carpet cleaned, they do not clean up close to the wall, it costs more money, so there is dust left on the carpeting. The hallways throughout the building is the same way, dust next to wall never gets removed. Also, in the winter, no one cleans the hallways. The lobby is not kept up, the chairs and carpeting are outdated, it is 14 years old. The people that work here do not do a good job. The garbage smells in the hallways, people have dogs and cats. So do not rent here unless you know all about the things I have mentioned. The draft was never stopped coming from the windows and I got heavy condensation on windows that was never corrected. The heating unit is inside of a closed, it has to be cleaned properly because you will get a build-up of dust that will go throughout your apt., I had all complaints in writing and it was never resolved, I had to move. In the winter it will be very cold, ice in windows and the heat will not help. This building is taking advantage of Senior Citizens with these living conditions, do not rent here.
