Our air went out around 4 pm on a Friday. We called them and they were at the house within the hour. They had a game plan for us and we agreed that it would have to wait until the morning for them to find us some used parts to save some money. They came back in the morning and had us up and running and the fee was more than reasonable. This is the third time we have had to call on them and each time they have shown up on time and charged us a reasonable fee. Love these guys!!!

Orrison Brothers have been servicing our two units for at least 15 years. They always respond very quickly and go out of their way to fix or replace things. Our upstairs air handler needed to be replaced last summer (2017). It was under warranty. Unfortunately the supplier is located in Houston and this was after Hurricane Harvey hit them. We were told that it would be months before a new unit could be delivered. Orrison Brothers supplied a new unit to us from their own stock. About 12 years ago we had a similar situation when our downstairs unit (also under warranty) died on a Friday afternoon in July. We had a party planned for the next day. A new unit could not be delivered until the next week. Orrison Brothers managed to connect one of their units to ours so that we could have air conditioning until the replacement could be delivered. Awesome family, awesome service!

Excellent warranty service. Very personable and on time. We needed a replacment evaporator which had to be ordered. They topped off the freon to keep us going until the replacement part could come in. You cannot go wrong with these folks.

My AC unit has warranty with Orrsion Brothers, so when my AC broke down at 8 PM… there is no one to help you here, the message says… is after 5 PM so… try again in the morning. I tried again in the morning, after 8, again and again; no one picks up the phone and no return call. Still waiting on that.
Go somewhere with any or better customer service.

THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 30YRS TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST.SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY WITH A SIMPLE FIX.TWO OTHER COMPANYS WALKED UP WITHOUT LOOKING AND SAID I NEEDED A NEW SYSTEM.CALL ORRISON BROS.
