They were sent out by AAA for my flat tire. I paid $20 to get a plug that was guaranteed for the life of the tire. 2 weeks later and the plug is failing. I have spent 2 days trying to contact the office (at various times of the day), it rings twice and then goes to fax. There are no other contact methods. Extremely disappointed.
