These people need to develop some customer service practices. They are impossible to get in touch with and do not return phone calls or emails. We received a billing statement in September for the first half of the year??? Really?? Considering we bought the home in March you would think we would know PRIOR to September that there was an outstanding balance for the first half of the year. We finally had to physically go to the office to speak to someone. Well, we are still waiting for them to "get back to us". Terrible business practices.!!

Fairway Management's communication with clients is extremely poor. I've called multiple times this week, left messages, most calls go to voicemail, I personally dropped in to the office on separate occasions and no one was there to answer my questions.you are redirected with false and rude info. no one cares about any problem that does not make them more. Fairway has been our co-op's mgmt. company for 7 yrs. Our previous mgmt. company almost bankrupted us, but thanks to Jim at Fairway, we are solvent & very prosperous. We are able to make many improvements and not worry about where the money will come from. His advice and knowledge has put us on the right path.

I've been redirected, misdirected and no one seems to know or care about my problem. I would love to have some answers or at least know someone is looking into my situation. After a week of inquiries... Nothing. This company in unprofessional and I would completely avoid them if possible.

The staff at this company will go out of their way to answer your questions and address your concerns. You won't find a better property management company in Brevard County.

Great company. Handles people and HOA's with the uttmost respect. They will work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Top notch!!

Not as good as the other property management companies around town. Been a resident in the area for over 20 years, and they are most non-responsive. Nice people, just not a great company to hire into your HOA if you want positive results.

Run far away! I'm a retired man who has lived in Brevard condos for many years and have dealt with numerous property management companies, even serving on the HOA at various times. Bring your business elsewhere. Instead of listing all the dirty things Fairway have done to my HOA, I'll just state that they are not an honest bunch, and I would not want the same misdeeds to happen to you and your HOA. If you have had good experiences with these wise guys, you are very fortunate. It is difficult to understand how they can look at themselves in the mirror on most days and not feel guilty about the hurt they have caused to the people they've been paid to represent. No morals.
