To whom it may concern,

I am an avid fan of Alamo Rent A Car. The rates are great and so is the service. I always respond to the surveys and I always give the highest marks. Unfortunately, on my last rental, I was charged 80 dollars a day for an economy car. I have always used Alamo and have always paid about 42 dollars for the same type of rental. I am just a little confused as to the rate differential on my last visit to Alamo.
