Provided by SuperpagesIt is very sad when when teenage girls are incapable of counting to three to add sugar! Don't go to the drive through because you will end up with hard bagels (over cooked) or coffee how the pourer thinks you should take it. The manager barely speaks English so complaints are futile and just met with excuses instead of a refund and promise to do his job and train his staff! One lady who takes orders over the non functioning intercom has an attitude so bad that I refuse to buy from there if she is on and drive through to the other Dunkin Donuts. For the head office: Manage your franchise because one and then another one will be the downfall of the empire!! No good having great products if we can't buy them how we want them!!
