I used to go to this particular Petsmart for all my pets needs from toys and food to grooming. Lately I feel as though this establishment has gone downhill. Just from a customers perspective, I have heard employees discussing relationships with their managers, other employees planning on attempting to get other employees fired, and I have also heard about managers calling and harassing clients. I don't know who hired such people to work here or who has neglected to take these outrageous situations seriously but I do not believe this is a way to continue business. As a long time customer, I am shocked and will not be returning to this store.

My friends and i tryied to call the petsmart in medina @ 330-725-2277 to make a groomers apointment for our dogs and nobody would anser the phone. WE TRIED TO CALL FOR 2 DAYS!!! I guess they don't want our money.

It is amazing, I found everything I needed in a short period of time for my hamster thank you Petsmart you are my favorite pet store.
