Memorial Health Center, established in 1962, is a nonprofit primary care hospital and clinic organization. It serves patients from various regions throughout Wisconsin, including Taylor and Price counties, and its medical staff includes more than 40 primary care physicians and physician specialists. The hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission of the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and designated as a Critical Access Hospital. It provides a wide range of specialized medical services that include cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology and orthopedics. In addition, it also offers ambulance, asthma education, assisted living, cardiac rehabilitation, clinic services, diabetes education, emergency care, walk-in clinics and extended care services. Located in Medford, Wis., Memorial Health Center also provides imaging, rehabilitation, pharmacy and occupational health services.
