In response to their current commercial after our experience purchasing a mattressset set from them."Did we sleep well last night"? NO"It could be your mattress". YES it is the one you sold us!Medford Mattress' quality is COSTLY! It has cost us a good nights sleep. Whatever mattress we would sample & pick WAS NOT what was delivered. Then we would have to go pick out another one. Of course it would cost more. Suffer for 2 weeks till delivery only to have the same thing happen again. One time they sent the complete wrong one. Now we are stuck with a horrible bed that's quality has COST us more $$$$ then we wanted to spend & we wake with terrible back pain & can't stay in bed long because it is so uncomfortable. So Medford Mattress' quality is COSTLY!! BEWARE!!

Shopped everywhere, bought from Medford Mattress. They are very nice, helpful and had the best prices by a long shot. If you need a mattress trust these guys.

They were extremely friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. It is a seemingly small showroom, but I was pleasantly surprised by their selection - Everything from standard to high-end, including latex & organic cotton options!

Brad was the manager of Mattress Land not Medord Mattress. You have your companies mixed up. Mattress Land is no longer in business in Medford and probably due to their poor business practices. I found your comment interesting because a while back I was checking prices on mattresses at Mattress Land and spoke with Brad. He was a pushy Jerk! I ended up buying at Medford Mattress and I have never had a better experience! They are the friendliest people and are not pushy. Thank You

I was told my mattress had a warranty but when it dipped in the middle. They refused to help me, said I had to pay four hundred dollars and ship it back to the factory. The same thing happened to my friend. Brad the manager told me how bad all the other mattress brands where but when I had a problem he refused to help.
