Having shopped all around town I found that the people at Color Tile were the most helpful in town. The prices were great and the service was wonderful.

I am a contractor and have had great service at Colortile. They are professional and prompt. The selection is the not only the largest but the best in Southern Oregon. I recommend them to all my clients.

Cindy,Wow, cant believe no one helped you there. I have been going there for years and they are always so helpful. Quick service, explain the installation process in simple terms and have tons of tile to pick from. Last time I went I got a terrific deal on some carpet for my bedrooms. Something must have gone wrong that day. You should try them again.

I waited for 10 to 15 minutes and was never even greeted despite the fact that I was obviously waiting for help and saw 4 employees. 2 employees were talking to each other and at first I thought one was a customer...until the phone rang and he answered it. I would think that in this economy people would be jumping to help. Afterwards, I went to a furniture store and Color Tile was mentioned. I told them of my experience and they said that they have actually heard that a lot. Not good!

WE WERE BUILDING A HOME AND WENT TO COLOR TILE IN MEDFORD. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE SO HELPFUL. WE WERE HELPED BY MANY SALES PEOPLE AND THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE WAS THE BEST. THEY HAD A SPECIALIST FOR EVERYTHING FROM HARDWOOD TO CARPET TO TILE. THE SELECTION WAS AMAZING!! THOUSANDS OF STYLES IN STOCK....I MEAN TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE. ALL THE TRIMS FOR OUR SHOWERS AND COUNTERS. THE FIREPLACE WE DID IN NATURAL STONE WAS ALSO IN STOCK. GREAT SERVICE!! GREAT SELECTION!! GREAT PRICES!!
