Poorly run business. If you're counting on a rental company delivering what you ordered, and operating as you would expect a business too, then rent it someplace else. If you want a bunch of disappointed people because what you ordered doesn't show up, then these are your guys!

This is the worst rental facility. On 6/8/16 we rented 2 tents, 60 chairs and 6 tables for a 4th of July Beer Garden in downtown Eagle Point. They were confirmed and all supposed to delivered on 7/1 between 9 and 2 pm. At 4 pm they called and said "they just received our order and since it was on Monday, they 'couldn't possibly fulfill it.'" I called back, and reminded Pam that we had confirmed our order -- she said, 'Oh yes, but we were just taking the tents out to get them ready for you, and they are all shredded, I can't possibly rent them to you.' I explained -- we were having a Beer Garden in an empty parking lot on the 4th of July and ANY shade -- shredded or not was better than no shade. She stated that they couldn't be put up because they were so shredded.

Pam went on to say that there was a wedding on Saturday that had tents (incidentally the same size I ordered), and perhaps she could pick them up on Sunday and deliver them to me since I didn't need them until Monday. She said she would deliver the tables and chairs on Saturday and that she would work on the tents.

After several phone calls to All in One Rental on Saturday, the tables and chairs were eventually delivered, and Pam promised she would have the tents for us on Sunday and would call first thing Sunday to make arrangements to have them dropped off.

Sunday at 11 am, I tried calling to see what was happening -- and the phones just rang. Never went to voice mail, never got picked up. I never got a call from Pam about the tents. The tents never showed up for the event. All in One Rentals never offered an explanation for what happened. On Wednesday (a day late) the tables and chairs were picked up, and no one ever mentioned the tents again.

Moral of the story -- if you need the equipment you're renting - don't rent it from All in One Rentals. You'll get the runaround, not get the equipment, and you'll be left high and dry with no explanation and a whole series of outright lies to try to cover up the fact that they double rented the equipment -- to me and the wedding.
