We used GoGreen after doing a search on Google. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were very informative, friendly, and professional. Our carpets looked, smelled, and felt like new when they were finished. And without using harsh chemicals! We will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to everyone!

We found Cleanpro in a coupon pack and had them clean our whole house and some furniture. The service was outstanding and the results were even better! The clean citrus smell is so pleasant. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. The owner, Randy, truly takes a personal interest in each job and ensures that it is done to his own high standards. THANKS!

I had scheduled Go Green Clean Pro to clean the carpets in the new home our family was about to move into last Thursday morning. As we were moving out of our old home on Wednesday, we noticed the movers had left a large track of oil from a work dolly all over our living room carpet and spots on our stairs. (The moving company was not accomodating in offering to clean the carpets--but that's another review.) The new owners completed their walk-through and were obviously not happy and the closings on our old and new homes were in jeopardy. I called and was able to switch Go Green Clean Pro to come out to our old home first on Thursday morning. They were able to remove the stains!! The new owner walked through and loved it. (She was so pleased, she booked them to clean the rest of the house later that afternoon.) After removing the stains and cleaning the living room carpet/stairs at our old house, they followed me to the new house and cleaned those carpets as well. The cleaning solutions left a wonderful citrus smell, and we were very pleased with the results. Thank you for helping in a pinch, Go Green Clean Pro!! You guys are awesome!

Randy did such a great job on the rug in our family room! It looks like new. I will never use a steam cleaner again!

It is also nice that it is organic so our house does not smell like chemicals.

Randy did an outstanding job! I am so thankful for his services as an alternative to the steam-cleaning companies. My carpet is fresh, clean, and I love that it dries so quickly. I highly recommend Go Green for all homes, and especially for homes with kids and pets!

I've had my carpets steamed before and not only is it annoying to have to wait for them to completely dry, they didn't look that much cleaner. I love that Go Green is all natural and my carpets look amazing (and the whole house smells really good!).

After searching forever to find a true organic carpet cleaner in Richmond I finally found one. I received great service and fast drying time and it smelled wonderful. I will call them again and again for all of my carpet cleaning.
