Had kids there 3 years. Structure lacks, staff changes assignments almost regularly without notification. Few if any have a degree. Owners do not respond to concerns at this site. Urbana may be lovely- not this site- ponding in gravel lot, inept staff assessing kids, parents have complained about one staff member more than once and she is still there. If you have other options, I would seek them.

clean and very friendly staff,kids love it.
