Do not rent the TM40 bucket lift ! Very poorly maintained. I had it reserved to pick up on a Monday so I called before I drove up to pick it up and was told they did not have it back yet. When I finaly got to pick it up on Wednesday I got it home and had smoke rolling out from under the lid. Found out that the battery strap was grounded out on the positive terminal. Next after setting the parking brake like I was told it would not release when I went to move it. Then the jib part of the bucket had the hydraulic lines to tight to jib out and were pulling on the valves and had been this way for some time because you can see the wear on the lines. It also acted like there was air in the system. I called them about it and was told the last person did not say anything and it was just painted. The old saying goes paint a turd its still a turd.

Rented a piece of equipment that I never even had a chance to use because it broke before it even got off their truck, then after they "jerry rigged" it, they tore up the yard trying to drop it off, then after a lot of frustration, They, Lloyd's Rental decided to take the equipment back with out me even using it, yet they still charged me for it. Not an ethical company...

I rented their stump grinder and very disappointed. The belt slipped, had dull teeth and had no power. Bad thing was when i took the machine back... half a day longer than expected, the owner showed no understanding when i said the machine was poorly set up and even threatened to make me pay for the worn out belts.... So what bothered me more than renting a piece of poorly maintained equipment was the character of the owner.

Lloyd's rental has all the party supply and tractor goods i need and were kind enough to donate to a charitable cause at my school
