The old codger that runs this company (Paul) needs to retire. He is extremely rude, uncooperative, and obnoxious. I will never buy any more licenses for this software, and I will not recommend anyone to buy it either. Shop around, there are certainly some more professional people to deal with. I too was yelled at, and criticized, and he even hung up on me before I had asked all my questions. Save your money, find another place to go rather than Net Deed Plotter and Greenbriar Graphics. Their software is not even that good according to our users.

I'm trying to contact greenbier graphics with the above contact number and through email: [email protected] for a week now, but no one is answering the phone and no one is responding on my email If anybody knows if greenbrier has another contact number or email, it would help me a lot if you can share it here.. I sent an email to Green Briar Graphics because I bought a new computer and could not activate the program, apparently because I had already downloaded it on two computers. I thought it was ridiculous to have to purchase a new license just because I bought a new computer. I am not a computer whiz, I did not realize I could remove the license from the old computer before I sold it, but this guy from GreenBriar Graphics CALLED me and reamed me a new one, YELLED at me because I didn't know to do that and then told me to go buy METES and BOUNDS. He was rude and mean and obnoxious. I had even apologized because I didn't realize that I could remove the license, that's when he started yelling. I love the program but I will never recommend it again.

Paul, the president or whatever he is, had our credit card info (for almost a dozen people) for two weeks and gave us the run around. When we finally got a call back he was defensive and threatening. An entire project is seriously behind because this guy can't answer his emails or return a phone call. It took one lady on the project 3 weeks to get a call from him. Do yourself a favor and buy Metes and bounds instead.
