Yesterday, (12/1/14) I had a really good experience at the Comcast Business on Nimbus Loop. I was actually really irritated when I got there! I had been on the phone trying, unsuccessfully, to get my TV to work! So...I got in my car and drove out there. There were at least 9 other people in line! But as I watched the 2 employees work with each customer, in a polite and professional manner, I realized, I would soon get my turn. I was also impressed that one of the employees spoke fluent Spanish. The line moved quickly, I was able to make an appt. to have someone come to my home for a service call. Both employees were working as hard as they could, and each of them maintained a respectful, even cheerful disposition. As I left, I realized...I wasn't irritated any more. I hope their manager realized what great employees they have!. Maggie B.
