Founded in 1996 as the North American headquarters of the Tong Yang Industrial Company in Taiwan, T.Y.G. Products provides research, development and sales of aftermarket automotive collision parts. The company s CAPA certified facility employs advanced injection machines and automatic painting and welding robots to manufacture its replacement bumper fascias for Chevrolet, Nissan, Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, Ford, Jeep and Toyota automobiles. The company also incorporates a 100 percent inspection program to assure its products meet its customer s high standards. T.Y.G. Products uses CAPA/Entela procedures as a model to measure and record technical information from an undamaged vehicle and uses that data to ensure the proper fit of the product before mass production begins. The T.Y.G. Products manufacturing facility is ISO/DQS 9000 certified and located in McKinney, Texas.
