Did a great job for our family installing new flooring and bathroom countertops.

We selected a quality flooring and carpet, 5 years ago. It began to deteriorate, immediately It was so bad that they had to replace the whole hardwood floor. The carpet disintegrated within a couple of months. The second floor was worse! Appeals led to a series of evaluators from the business and manufacturer. All of them left with comments that the materials and workmanship were substandard. (think a wood grain paper over a pressed wood material) Horrible. When the reports came back, however, they were full of contradictions and inaccuracies. This business and the manufacturer (L&M Flooring) are charlatans and we are going to court and arbitration, at this time. Go elsewhere!

With all the business that install flooring in this area, you would be better off not using this one. They did poor quality work, and recommended plumbers that basically stole from me. The plumbers filled my drains with cement, therefore necessitating ripping out a brand new shower, which I then had to pay Style floors to come in and repair. The same plumbers also "installed" a gas line supposedly. Found out when we tried to hook up the gas cook top that it was never installed. So I had to pay for that twice. They also make promises about "giving you extras" that they don't. They were supposed to come back and do a final seal on the travertine and didn't. If you do decide to use this company, do not pay them until you are completely satisfied with their work.
