I had my 2001 Dodge pickup towed from Princeton to Anna Vehicles been sitting for awhile tags were out did not want to drive it so I trusted these guys to tow it had no issues with my transmission whatsoever truck only has a hundred thousand miles on it when I got home I noticed there was blocks under all four wheels it;s a automatic I thought that was odd Sho Nuff I got the check in and they destroyed my parking gears inside my transmission my neighbor watch them get it off the truck he said he thought they were pull it off the truck with it and part cuz it was making a lot of noise and black marks were everywhere this is going to cost me over $2,000 to repair contact Ropers they stated not our problem so Im going to sue them file a complaint with the BBB and also contact the State regulation Towing board and file a complaint with them imma take out a full-page ad in the McKinney newspaper what's right is right at this is wrong I always trusted these guys beware do not trust these people find another towing company they will destroy your transmission and not pay for it very dishonest people

Beware!!! My sister and brother n law were killed in a head on collision. Their truck was towed to Ropers with a detailed inventory by the State Hwy Patrol. Within 24 hours everything except the keys were gone!!! Their gates are wide open during the day. No security. Surveillance cameras are worthless!! Manager Jenny acted like it was not their responsibility at all and that thieves usually go for better things than a purse and phone. My sisters phone was in there with hundreds of irreplaceable pictures. Tell that to her two daughters!!!!

Never let them tow your car to their lot. They will make everything very hard for you to get it out and to the shop you want to fix it.

Car overheated due to a burst hose on one of the hottest days of the late summer, stranding me and my wife near Gus Thomason and I30 in Mesquite. Needed to get ourselves and the car back to our mechanic in McKinney ASAP. Got a direct connection to Roper's through our mechanic's phone system. Their dispatcher quickly got our information and had a truck on the way within 5 minutes. They arrived in less than an hour, had us and the car loaded up and on our way promptly. The driver was pleasant and personable and made the ride as comfortable as possible. Took us directly to our mechanic's location. Total time from breakdown in Mesquite to McKinney: less than two hours. We were expecting a hefty charge, only to be pleasantly surprised with a VERY reasonable cost. Would use again without hesitation.

I had gone out of town for a weekend and with my luck, managed to have my car breakdown Sunday night as I was leaving. There weren't any shops open and I was just south of Oklahoma City and needing to go back to Allen, TX. I called around and eventually ended up in contact with Roper's. They were willing to come all the way out there to pick me up and bring me back home. The driver was awesome and had a great attitude for having come so far that night. He was polite and upbeat, kept the long haul comfortable. Once we got back into town, I was nervous for the bill, but found it was actually cheaper than I had expected. Cheap enough to tip the driver! This company is great! The were willing to go above and beyond, even when it wasn't convenient! Awesome job Roper's! Keep up the good work!
