This guy will rip you off. Whatever you do, don't pay him before the job is done. I made that mistake and I'm still waiting after 18 months for him to finish a job. The job was poorly done and took several weeks over his estimate and several thousand dollars over his estimate. I suggest you find an honest contractor and NOT Joe Elizondo.
