I've been waiting for my license plate and I've been stopped by the police 4 times because of it and I have to explain my situation. I have been waiting for so long and every time I try to contact them, they do not answer. It's extremely hard to contact them, especially since I don't live close. My license plate was supposed to come in 2 weeks ago. It is all so frustrating.

I'm currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle at Bob Tomes Ford and trying to decide between a truck or SUV. I've been working with a sales consultant, Tyler Shock, who has been very helpful and patient while I sort through what will serve me best. Tyler provided the vehicle details and suggested various options for me to consider. I look forward to purchasing my new vehicle and appreciate the service I'm receiving at Bob Tomes Ford.

I went in to look at buying a vehicle and possibly trading my old one in. Tyler showed me around and was very helpful. He didn't make me feel pressured like most car salesmen do. I would definitely recommend this place and absolutely ask for Tyler Shock!

I bought a H3 Hummer for my son from Earl T. He was great! The sales, service and finance dept are great, too! Earl took the time to go over everything in the hummer and also showed my son how to change a tire, in case he gets a flat tire. I'll be back to buy a wife my car in a few months! I went to Bob Tomes to buy a car and got Earl T. as my salesman. He was great! He set up all of the technology up in my car and explained how everything worked. I've never had a salesperson take the time to hook up my phone in the car and set my fav radio stations for me, too. I will Stop correcting "absolutely" buy another car from Earl T.!

I highly recommend Earl Townsend @ Bob Tomes Ford. I purchased a Lincoln from Earl Townsend. We come to Earl for all of our auto needs. Earl is not your typical car salesman.
