I was using another service for over a year for two tanks, Cichlid and Community , about 55 - 60 gal each. They started off great, but I switched service because I had to ask them to clean the filters each month (they said they usually do it once a quarter!) and I could tell salt was not being added back into the Cichlids (snail overrun) and my community tank was uber cloudly the last 3 cleans and the chemicals whack. Michael Langford was comperable in price, price included filters for my Fluval, and he was great to work with. All on his own, he figured out the lack of salt and the chemicals being way out of balance and did a fabulous job correcting those concerns. My community tank is now clear and beautiful again. And the filters, which always had algea on them after my other gals left, were sparkling clean. With salt slowly getting re-introduced into my Cichlids, the over run of snails will eventually die off. Bottom Line? This guy knows what he is doing and doesnt cut corners. You and your fish will be very happy.
