- We offer a complete range of veterinary services for your cat and dog, including in-house digital X-ray, ultrasound, blood work, urinalysis, and fecal testing. We also provide boarding services, and as boarding is part of the hospital, our doctors are always available to care for your pet. Our groomer, Sherry, has been making cats and dogs look their best since 2001. We offer routine surgery and dental services as well as specialized procedures such as joint taps, exploratory surgeries and ultrasound guided biopsies. We treat your pets as we treat our own furry family members. We focus on preventative medicine as well as providing routine and emergency services during office hours. We recommend annual wellness exams for all pets, and tailor vaccine recommendations to suit your pet's lifestyle. Part of preventive medicine is looking for subtle changes, which is why we recommend annual fecal tests for all pets. Dogs should have Heartworm/Lyme/Ehrlichia/Anaplasma testing every two years. Cats should be tested for Feline Leukemia Virus and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) at least once, and more often if they are outside. Routine screening for medical conditions such as kidney disease is recommended annually once your pet is over seven years old. Flea, tick and heartworm prevention medication are recommended based on your pet's lifestyle.
