I like Lindas skills as a groomer, however I have a Maltese mix and the shepards in kennel cages barked and scared my dog. She began to have accidents in the car. The day I stopped taking her there, I saw a cat try to attack her while she was in a neck noose. The cat was a recent rescue but aggressive taking advantage coming across the top of several cages. Never went back. Unless the shepards stay home and rescued cats stay away, I won't put my small dog through this experience ever.

I had a difficult dog who had to be muzzled when groomed. Linda was always gentle and always did a fantastic job grooming him. I took my dog there for at least 5 years and never encountered a problem. She always did a fantasic job.

My dog ( 6 lbs.) was severely cut during the grooming and when I picked him up was told by the store owner that it's not that bad. I brought my dog to the vet and found out that my dog needs 7 stitches to seal the wound and that it would cost $350. plus medications. I love my dog and I'm very disappointed that the people that I entrusted him with are totally unconcerned with his well being. Will not bring my dog back ever and will recommend my dog buddies to do the same if they care about their pets. Very upsetting and totally unacceptable service.

VIP groomming is out standing the frist place I have found that treated my dog & I respect .The staf (Linda) very kind & knowledgable to my pet needs I HIGHLY RECAMEND VIP PET SALON!!!! Linda was very helpful in ading in finding all the pet care idems & know what wood work the best fro me & my dog . MOST OF ALL MY DOG LOOKED FANTSAICE!!!!!
