I've been with them over 25 yrs, but this is the end. No probs until about 2 yrs ago, my Visa debit card started triggering fraud alerts to businesses like cvs, that are local to me, I used those same stores over & over. Using cvs again for example, I make a purchase there at least once a month, and had been using them for about 2 yrs before triggering a fraud alert.
This became a regular occurance but wasn't the final straw until it happened late Saturday afternoon. The diff this time was I got no email, text, or phone call from fraud dept., my account was froze until Monday.
At the end of our phone call Monday, I asked what is the after hrs fraud #. She said (and I swear I'm not making this up, I put her on speakerphone so others could verify what I was hearing because I was stunned) - this company doesn't have a phone number.
So if I were on my last drop of gas, in a bad neighborhood, on a Saturday night-that woulda been it for me.
Now that's it for them. Audios!!

I can't speak for any other branch, but the Nelsonville branch has become atrocious. They are getting worse all the time. Both my wife and I get direct deposit of our pay checks. It used to be that we our checks would drop at the end of the business day (between 5:30 and 6:00) but since they "upgraded" their computer system we are lucky to get it by 10 pm. And of course the only notice that they gave that any of this was going to change was a sign on their front door. But of course we never go in because their hours are completely inconvenient for anybody that has a regular job. Pluswe've had our checks and debit card randomly declined multiple times and when inquired at the bank they told us they had no idea why it would be declined. There has also been multiple times that the database of debit card numbers has been compromised and had to be cancelled. Usually without notice. You're card is just randomly declined. Which is of course just great on weekends and after hours. "Oh, you needed food to feed your kids and you have plenty of money in the account? Yoo bad!!!" This place has gone down hill since it went from First National Bank of Nelsonville to FNB of McConnelsville. I swear it's like the company is trying to run this branch into the ground so it'll shut down or something. Forget this, we're out. We'll be changing banks this weekend.
