Really stressful day; hubby and I both had been sick, woke up to no water. He had to go to emergency room and he said stay put here and get the water on. I called Clarence after finding him on the internet, had tried a couple others and didn't like the responses, saw Clarence had 60 years experience. Called him by 10 AM, he was on another job but he stayed in touch with me and let me know when he was on his way. Arrived 1:10 PM, diagnosed the problem as a bad extrol tank. By 3:10 it was fixed and we had water. That's all I cared about, getting the water on that day and he came thru. Thank you so much!

I have a breakage in pipe from the well, before Mr. Stanley arrived my son and I had dug out an area to see where the water was coming from. He arrived and put a hole in my concrete well, removed a pipe, ran something to tell where the break was,
replaced pipe so I could have water when I turn the well on. All what he did was unnecessary because from my hole I had dug you could see the water running from under the concrete. All this and no contract, it was crazy, then he goes under my home and repair some leak, walked out with a tube in his hand. I will pay bills and on time I have a 740 Fico score, BUT give customers a contract, just do not go ahead and repair things then hand them a $620.00 bill and my well is not even fixed. Still I am having to pay for a 200' line to be put done. He does not even know I am a volunteer for "2wantstoknow".

We called Mr. Stanley on a Friday night and told him we had no water. He was at our home at 8am the next morning. He had to replace a tank under the house related to our well. He explained what was wrong and why it had to be replaced. I feel very confident with not only Mr. Stanley's ability but also his integrity to do honest and reliable work. I highly recommend him.
