Jeweler is a consummate professional who approaches every

request with confidence and understanding.

The Fast Fix store name is appropriate, considering the quick fix and poor quality approach this company takes. I would not recommend this business to anyone, as they are incompetent and, most important, dishonest. I bought a relatively simple watch band there in January and two weeks later the band showed tremendous flaws (e.g. simple leather band and pieces literally fell off the thing). I took the band in and explained to the manager that it had rapidly deteriorated. I provided him with the receipt to prove when and where I made the purchase, kindly asking him to fix or replace the band. He denied ever selling me the band, even though I had the receipt with the date highlighted. He refused to do anything to remedy the situation with the exception of charging me full price to fix or replace the band. His behavior and approach to running the business disgusted me. Please do yourself a favor and do not ever visit this store, unless you want to deal with dishonest people and products that rival Spam in terms of their quality.

I took my favorite watch (TAG) to the shop to repair broken lband and crystal. and they fixed my watch in brand new condition while i was shopping in the mall. I went to many other repair center before Fast-Fix, but no one could fix broken stainless band. professional workmanship and excellent service.
