I can't speak highly enough of how professional and helpful the staff at University was in our time of crisis. In late April, we were in a pretty bad accident, on the interstate, and panicked as we were stuck on the side of the road waiting for police. Being that were are from out of state, we were relying on 911 to help us. 911 sent University, Kerry, to come and help get us off the side of the road. Kerry not only showed up VERY quickly, he had a calm, confident demeanor that was very welcoming to us. He had us wait in his truck cab while he loaded our car, then drove us to his shop where the dispatcher assisted in locating a car rental (we are from out of state so a rental was necessary). I was clearly frazzled and these guys did more than enough to help make a bad situation as bearable as they could. Since we thought our vehicle was totaled, they gave us bags to pack up the belongings in (again out of state peeps so not easy to come back to) This team of men were so knowledgeable and sincerely cared for our wellbeing...can't thank them enough for going above and beyond their responsibilities in this situation!!!
