Their selection of appliances is pretty low end. They seem to cater to Slum Lords looking for cheap stuff. Most of the brands I had never heard of but we settled on a pretty nice GE washer.



The salesman wasn't too bad and the delivery guys were actually really nice.



During installation the delivery man had an issue with the plug not seating well in the outlet. He called his store and asked his "repair guy" to drive out and take a look. The repair guy walked in in a bad mood from having to work I guess. He took one look at the machine and without testing the outlet proclaimed the outlet was bad and needed replaced.



When we dared to disagree with his divine judgement he told us "we could take it back for all he cared" then began insulting everyone in the room.



During the excitement of getting the douche to leave the delivery guy figured out that the prongs on the plug were bent in a bit and straightened them out and suddenly the outlet was no longer bad!



We will never deal with them again.

The only reason it gets 1 star is because it will not let me do it in quarters. I called this guy to see if he wanted a free set of Maytag washer and dryer dryer drum was not turning. usually an easy fix and then he could have resold them. I just went and bought a new set. had these for awhile and it was time for an upgrade. But.... when i called he asked what i was going to do with out a washer and dryer. I told him I bought a new set from a place that does not sell used ones, he replied by telling me very rudely i might add to call them because he didn't want them and then hung up on me. Now not only did he lose out at making a couple hundred dollars but now i will tell my friends not to buy from this place unless they want poor customer service and want to deal with someone that obviously does not need to make any money.
