Randy Upton with Upton's Floor to Ceiling from Mattoon, IL, gave me a bid to put in a shower pan for $1000.00 and 5-6 hours. He sent me a bill for $1200.00 and said it will be only a couple more hours after putting in 2 days work. I paid him $1000.00 and he did not return, but sent me another bid for 9 more hours and over $430.00 more. There is hardly any work done to be seen and he didn't state why he needed more time and money. He went way above his bid and now refuses to return any of my money.
