We have had mostly good experiences boarding our dog at K-9 Estates. The owner is caring with our dog. The facility is clean though noisy with barking and echoing. There's a separate building for smaller and larger breeds and an outdoor play yard. Each pet has its own indoor/outdoor run. It's good to bring some comforts of home - a blanket or toy, though occasionally things get mixed up. One time our pet's towel from home was wet and mildewed; normally that wasn't the case. I felt she was safe and cared for reasonably well, and the price was also reasonable.

Grooming was absolutely terrible. When she offered to fix my dog she did not have time and only worked weekends so I would have to wait until the following weekend. I did that and she had another groomer (who didn't know she was going to fix my dog). Only my standard poodles body was fixed, they didn't have time to fix her head or legs. Very unprofessional and obviously not qualified to be grooming poodles.

We have used this business for several years with no complaints, but this year we left our two dogs for a week. The owner is always willing to have the pets blankets and such for comfort, but this year we picked our family members up and she handed us a bag of blankets that upon checking these items out were covered with vomit. Apparently she had let them lay in this all week. We have been happy with this business in the past, but now I would not take them back!!! Upon calling to complain she was very rude in the situation and unprofessional!!!
