I used this company may of this year.. The carpet does not look any better than the carpet i have down for 9 years. When I tried to get help with this matter, the person that promised me they would be with me every step of the way, stop returning my calls.. Does not appear to be a company of their word. Avery unhappy customer

I recently got carpet and tile here, and was not happy. The padding and carpet quality was not any better then what I was replacing. My concern was expressed, and I am still waiting for someone to get back with me. I will not recommend this to anyone I know. Something im going to have to live with I guess. A not happy customer........
