To all the natural ladies, be aware this salon is using chemical straightener in their hair conditioner without your knowledge. I was a victim of that devilish act. Most of the employees doesn't speak or understand English, not even the owner of the salon. One of the girls in there who spoke a little bit of English recommended a moisturizing conditioner for my hair and I agreed. She walked over to the washing station as the owner was washing my hair and they were speaking Spanish and the only thing I picked up from the conversation was "seco" which means dry, so I know they were referring to my hair because my hair tends to get dry and I was the only client in there. I noticed she put the conditioning treatment in a bowl and she was mixing it in the little black bowl that's usually used to mix relaxer and she used the relaxer applicator brush. I didn't think nothing of it. But I noticed how soft my hair was during the blow out, still I didn't think of anything suspicious. I realize the next morning I had a chemical stench from my hair and my hair looked almost bone straight even though my hair wrap kept coming off through out the night. I applied several hair styling product and my hair was still straight and could not be reverted to it's natural state. I have read about this online about stylist adding relaxers in conditioner to use in clients hair, but I never thought to pay attention and that it could happen to me. I have never write a review in my life, but this I had to let people know what hairstylist are doing out there. We trust them with our hair, we deserve to get the service we asked for and only that.

Kathy's Beauty Salon is one of the best salons I've ever been to. The staff is professional and friendly. The services are reasonably priced and your hair is guaranteed to come out PREFECTLY! I recommend this salon to every woman I know.
