The Industrial Packaging and Services segment offers steel, fiber, plastic drums, intermediate bulk containers and closure systems for industrial packaging products and polycarbonate water bottles. The Paper, Packaging and Services segment sells containerboard, corrugated sheets and multiwall bags. The Timber segment is focused on the active harvesting and regeneration of its United States timber properties to achieve sustainable long-term yields. Greif s customers include companies in the chemicals, paints and pigments, food and beverage, petroleum, industrial coatings, agricultural, pharmaceutical and mineral industries. Greif maintains more than 160 operating locations in 40 countries, including one in Massillon, Ohio. The company s stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol GEF. Formerly known as Greif Brothers, the company changed its name to Greif in 2003.
