I've been going to Medical Arts Radiology for years. When I heard they were coming to Massapequa it was like music to my ears. They saved my sister's life.

I was told numerous time that the type of ultrasound diagnostic I needed was only performed by a specific doctor. When I arrived it was about a 20 minute wait. When I proceeded to the exam the Physician was explaining everything to 2 techs and then left. I was subjected to this persons training and an exam that took over 2 hours long....this "trainee" was very imcompetent. It was completely bizarre. This is the worst experience and service I have ever received at a Medical Facility.
