Very poor customer service. Repairs not completed nor in a timely manner and they refused to stand behind what they did.

We had a great buying experience with Melissa. We just got it home and we love it and can;t wait to get it up to our seasonal lot in the campground. Thank you to Eric for going over the unit in detail. Happy campers!

Kitsmiller washed the roof, sealed all of the roof openings, sealed the windows and sealed the slides on my fifth wheel. In addition, I noticed later they replaced a couple of broken vents. They did not even mentioned that they did this , nor did they charge me for it. very appreciated!

I purchased an Open Range fifth wheel from Kitsmiller RV. This was done over the phone with Melissa.She was very pleasant to work with. I had my unit in for service as well the service department was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.Couldn't have gone any better.

The service received by Kitsmiller was very good. We bought our fifth wheel back in February and took it to our seasonal lot in April at that time we found the water heater was cracked. So, they replaced it but not with the exact same kind as it wouldn't work with our electrical set up but would work on gas so they allowed us to use it until the proper one came in. On Memorial Day their road service person came and put it in...... thank you. HAPPY CAMPERS!!!!
