This group was over Spice Creek Apts in San Antonio, up until recently, and TOTALLY screwed things up when the new mgt group United Apartment Group came in Feb. 2013. Because of the way they wrote up the contracts, when UAG arrived, every body under Chad-Nic suffered the consequences. So if you are in the market for an apt, PLEASE be sure that you DO NOT rent from neither one of these mgt groups unless you have money to burn and waste! I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO! BOTH GROUPS ARE MONEY HUNGRY BARRACUDAS WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT NOTHING OR NOBODY BUT MONEY!
