Megan had always done well with my pet, but I took him to see Lori and she is not good AT ALL. She called me to pick up my pet at 3:40 and then left a nasty message on my phone at 4:00 saying, "Where are you? Uhh, we're waiting." She said it so snotty. First of all, I have to load up a 10 month old and travel to Maryville from Edwardsville. Is it just me, or does that not take AT LEAST 20 minutes. Second, when I get there her little poodle is in my baby's face and gets his choke collar caught on his baby seat. He starts scratching and biting at my baby because he's choking and my baby is belted in so I cannot get him out. She proceeds to act like this was no big deal and hug on her dog like he's the only one that mattered. Third, my dog had surgery two months before and his back leg was shaved. I asked her to trim the other side up, not shave it (I had even told them when making the appointment not to shave my dog). My golden retriever looks goofy now. He has a fluffy tail, then shaved for about a third of his back, then long hair again. He looks like a poodle. This experience was horrible. I don't know if this lady is the owner or just a worker, but she is not nice and has very poor grooming skills. Even PetSmart does better.
