Just say no!

My mother in law took her van to Wayne's on my recommendation. They did a great job on my wife's van. My wife and her mother both suffer from chemical sensitivities.

My mother in law took her van to them and they cleaned it very well. Then they set off a stink bomb inside the van. Now she can't drive her van because of the fumes.

They refuse to fix it, or refund her money.

Buyer beware!

Oh yeah, she didn't get a receipt either so she can't do anything about it legally.

GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!

Great customer service. People in Marysville will say go see Wayne. ok.

i paid for a full detail (bumper to bumper inside and out)... and I feel like i got robbed... they did a bad job on the cut and buff... so i went back the next day, and the guy that did the work complained that he only made 25 dollars, when it was his boss that paid him and not me. (i paid 195 dollars)... they said they would do it over and when they were done it still looked bad the owner didn’t care... BEWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I received outstanding service from Wayne's Auto Detailing. I had a complete car detail on 1/4/2010. My car looked amazing when they were done, as if it was off the show room floor. The customer service I received was first class. I would recommend Wayne's Auto Detailing to anyone. We will use their services again.
