I have been bringing my dog here for 8 years. He loves it so much I have to bribe him with a treat to leave! I would never take him anywhere else. It is his second home.

Wonderful Service, Friendly staff, my dog was so well care for. I can tell - when we pull into the drive - she runs to the door to enter and see her friends.

What a wonderful place to take your fur babies! I love that my dogs get exceptional care when they attend The Four Paws Resort, whether it be for boarding, daycare or grooming. The experienced staff is awesome and very enthusiastic about the work they do. My dogs always love going to stay or just for a day of play! They always come home tired from their day of fun. Definitely highly recommended!

Yesterday, Cezar, our 5-month old collie spent the day at The Four Paws Resort in Marysville, Oh. He had a great time playing with the other dogs which is important in his socialization process...but more importantly he had FUN!!! We had him groomed while there and looked great. He came home very relaxed and so handsome! The staff were friendly as well as the other customers. The new location is accessible and huge! We are very happy with our visit and we will definitely be going back.

I booked my appointment to have my dog groomed over a month in advance so he would be clean for the dog sitter while I was away on vacation. I called the day before to confirm and they had him scheduled for the wrong day. They had zero resolution for the issue at hand that was their mistake. If they are unable to keep the scheduling books straight I can't imagine they can properly care for a pet.

My dog did not have a good experience and picked up a cold while staying at The Four Paws Resort. She was not the same dog for 2-3 days. This was beyond the sneezing & coughing of a cold. I was astonished to hear that the owner had pinned down my dog & another worker tried to put a gentle lead (which is not something I use) on her. When I asked what happened the response was they are set up differently then other kennels. They don't seperate dogs & keep them out roaming around all day with minimal breaks. Dogs need quiet time & require naps. I requested grooming when I set up the appointment & that did not happen. Also, if you don't pick up by a certain time there is an additional charge which was not explained upfront.

The Four Paws Resort is a wonderful place. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My 2 dogs love it there. They can't wait to get in the door when we pull in! They run in greet the receptionist and go strait to the door so they can go out and play with their friends! They always come home happy and tired after their visits!
