Just days prior I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my Mother for Mothers Day. Since she lives almost 1000 miles away from me I wanted to use a Florist near her. I looked online and found what I thought was a "Local" Florist in her area and placed my order. Today I received a text that my order was cancelled and I would be refunded but that will take 5 to 10 days to show on my account, and after my call to them I now know they are NOT a Local Florist to her area. Today is Friday and Mothers Day is Sunday.....I am in a panic! I pulled up the Yellow Pages in Marysville and something just called to me about this Florist - Spring Bouquet Flowers & Gifts. I called and spoke with the most pleasant person, Laurie (I hope I spelled that correctly)! I explained my dilemma and she immediately put me at ease. She assured me the delivery would take place tomorrow and promised to put a special ribbon on them for me. At this time, I don't even know what they will look like, but I'm not worried at all after visiting with her, because I just know they will make everything perfect! Thanks so much from a "Far Away Daughter"

I chose Spring Bouquet Flowers & Gifts because I wanted a small business and the ability to speak to someone on the phone because my request required it. I chose wisely! The owner actually answered the phone and patiently listened to my request. Lorraine came up with a lovely, appropriate idea. She explained that she calls before delivering to be sure someone will be available to accept the item. Weather changes can cause damage if the item is just left at the door. Very thoughtful to all parties, I thought. When she reached my recipient, she determined they are not home from work until 5 - after the shop is closed. She delivered the item after 5 to meet the customer's schedule...and just how often does THAT ever happen??? Absolutely wonderful customer service and the arrangement was perfect! Thank you! I have been ordering floral arrangements, for all occasions, from Spring Bouquet for several years and feel Spring Bouquet is the GREATEST florist I have ever dealt with.

Everyone is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The flowers last A GREAT DEAL LONGER than other florists and you get the most BEAUTIFUL arrangements that surpass all others I have seen.

In addition, I feel you get an extraordinary arrangement for your money even if it is just a single flower. Other places seem to charge A LOT more and you do not get the quality flowers and beautiful arrangements that Spring Bouquet delivers.

The first time I ordered flowers from this business, I felt I was not spending enough money and left it up to them to choose for me. When I saw the arrangement, I was EXTREMELY surprised as to how much one gets for the minuscule amount spent and how far they exceeded my expectations.

They still produce the freshest and most beautiful arrangements and that is why I will NEVER purchase flowers from anyone else.
