Stay way far away!



This self proclaimed 'Quick Books Expert' is anything but. She has messed up our books so badly we are having to hire another company to try and figure out just what she did. She actually opened a bank checking account with one partners MOTHER where she was diverting store funds. All the while, accusing the other partner of theft and 'check kiting'.



She would NOT believe one partner but, instead, listened to the MOTHER of the other partner!?! These are GROWN MEN!



She charged the store for payroll services but we found she had HIRED a service for this (we were paying this service as well as her) Now it takes but minutes to do payroll. NOT HOURS! Everyone who has seen the complicated formula she tried to teach us to do payroll just laughs and laughs! What a great way to eat time!





She claims that ANYONE can change things in QB's and we will just have to PROVE that she did anything wrong. No one at the store KNEW QB's. And guess what Judy? It is being 'proven'.



Unknown to one partner, Judy was payed by the MOM for book work but as we had not 'discovered' the separate bank account yet, she went ahead and charged the same hours to the store.



She reconciled the bank statements even though there were cashiers checks made out to cash with a note saying it was for 'this or that' supplier when the QB showed it going somewhere else entirely. The suppliers print outs of monies payed by the store do not show these amounts ever occurring. They, apparently, went into the separate account even though we were NEVER given originals of the statements. If it was 'no big', why no originals? The 'new company' does not understand how she could have claimed to have reconciled ANYTHING. Nothing is remotely close to reconciliation. WHY Judy? Don't worry, we know why.



Once again, stay very far away.
