Absolutely horrible! Spoke to them on Monday they assured me my windshield would be there that afternoon. No windshield, Tuesday no windshield. They told me my windshield would be available to pick up Wednesday am, no windshield. Made arrangements to meet the parts driver and glass installers Wednesday afternoon, come to find out the driver hadn't even picked the part up yet. I was being lied to the whole time.

I won't go back there for repairs ever again. They put the wrong window regulator in my car and it lasted about 6 months. When we opened it up, we found it flopping around by 1 bolt and the pulley wire was all twisted and tangled beyond repair. There are 3 places to bolt the regulator securely to the door, the unit they installed was the wrong one and it was too small, the holes didn't line up so they just attached it by 1 bolt, ridiculous! The first day I got the car back from them I tested the power window to go up and there was a large cracking sound on the way up, I thought the glass would break! I tested it several times up and down and every time there was a large cracking sound, so I told them about it and left the vehicle there for re-repair. My gf had the drivers' side front wheel bearing replaced there, it lasted about a year and was replaced again just recently by a different shop. The people behind the counter are VERY nice though.. sad.

10 days ago the "4days" was up. The quoted price went up $350 and I'm still waiting.

I love this place. The owner is very friendly and the workers are nice. I have no complaints and the services are wonderful...
