Terrible customer service and power outages are all too common with them even under me mild storm conditions.

Farin (not sure on the spelling) and the blonde lady working in the office have awful customer service. When I confronted the woman about her lying to me, she called Farin in and I was told, "I won't make this mistake again." This statement was made regarding me getting a 6 day extension on my bill. Thank you, Lord Farin, for your merciful and gracious extension.

No matter what the situation, the workers always get out in storms, snow, ice, or floods to get the power back on. Very friendly staff. Glad our county has such a great public utility!

Find another place ! The woman i just talked to (Jan.22 about 2:45) in the martin office How RUDE !!!!!!! Has NO Business dealing with the public.Lady WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE AND WHO ARE YOU TO THINK YOU HAVE SO MUCH CONTROL.
