After the real estate market crashed in 2007, Dave diversified the home construction business to include Radon mitigation. This transition was so well-received, filling such a huge void in the home construction process, that today, this is the only service we provide.

Dave Stuedemann and his team were exceptional, from the time I called to find out about removing Radon in my home to the quick turnaround of the accomplished completion. I needed a lot of information since I was not aware of what it took to remove and Erin answered all of my questions PATIENTLY!! Dave explained the process, worked around my schedule and was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Stuedemann Radon Resolutions for Will or Grundy County!!
