In June 2009 I was involved in a bad car accident after returning home from Iraq. I have been a patient of Dr. Karen's for over 7 months now. After the accident, I had trouble with anxiety, insomnia, low back and neck pain, as well as everyday functions. Dr. Karen was one the first drs to effectively diagnose my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). After several years in the military, 2 overseas tours of duty, and a bad a car accident, I was definitely in need of a therapist. Dr. Karen took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment. Through hypnotic relaxation, meditation, and Dr. Karen’s effective patient care treatment plan, I am now able to cope with these difficult adversities. Through her tireless dedication, countless hours of service, and extensive experience, Dr. Karen has proven to be among the best her profession has to offer. I am forever indebted to you!

I stopped smoking after the FIRST visit!! Extremely relaxing experience. I can't believe I no longer smoke. I was a big skeptic when it came to hypnotism and meditation, as well as a pack a day smoker. But I can say for the first time in 11 years that I don't smoke. After the second visit I don't even mind being around other smokers. I just don't crave it anymore. Smoking now feels foreign to me, like something I never did and never would. I even went to my brothers wedding after being a nonsmoker for only 2 weeks and drank alcohol with out craving a cigarette. I just feel better in general, I'm not constantly stuffed up and coughing anymore. I'm starting to think I never had allergies it was just smoking this whole time. The money I'm saving alone makes smoking seem crazy! Thank you Dr. Karen!
